We, the Warp Portal Support Team, will require a full identification of the owner of the account via a submitted fax/E-fax ID in order to request a 1/1 High Novice Reset.
Please send us the following information via fax/E-fax to this number (714)736-3400:
- A clear and legible unedited/fully displayed photocopy of a government issued identification (ID) document, clearly showing a picture of you, your name, and date of birth. You may use any government issued form of identification like State/National ID Card, Driver's License, Passport, Military ID, etc.
2. In addition to the faxed image, please provide the following information:

Request for 1/1 High Novice reset:
Support Ticket Number (if applicable):
3. Finally please include a statement that confirms you want a reset to a 1/1 High Novice.
Once we have received the completed information, we will make appropriate changes. Please be aware that all items above are required and none can be omitted. Please ensure that your photo ID photocopy is legible, clear, unedited, shown completely as such.
Please ensure the photocopy is not too dark or too light. If we are unable to see and read the ID photocopy, we will be unable to process your request.
Please note that we do not offer this service to those who wish to reset their Super Novice Character. This is a service specifically for a Transcendent Class character.
You do not need to give anything from your character or take any precautions. The only thing that will happen to your specified character is that they will be reset to 1/1 High Novice, and no other changes will be made to the account with this process.
Please allow up to 72 hours for the request to be considered, processed, and completed. An E-mail notification bound to the game account will be sent once the request has been completed.
